1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Dog Daily mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Dog Daily provides a platform for dog owners to track activities, manage diets, set reminders, and sync data across devices ("Service"). The Service allows you to share data with family members.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Dog Daily offers an optional "Dog Daily Pro" subscription that unlocks additional features.

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase.
• Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features (e.g., Cloud Sync, Family Sharing), you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You are solely responsible for the data you input into the App.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ToddyApps, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Disclaimer

Your use of the App is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

9. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
